We live in Rome and drove to Utica just for this Pizza and wings combo and it didn't disappoint! Heard they had boneless chicken wings like no other and I heard correctly. I've never ordered boneless chicken wings from any pizza shop near me and gotten actual chicken wing meat, just removed from the bone, it is usually that pressed chicken nugget type "wing", but Slice has the real deal. The flavor selection is also unique. We tried half Lemon Pepper and half Spicy Blue Cheese. Both were delicious on their own, but I really enjoyed the Lemon Pepper dipped in mild wing sauce, perfection! The pizza had a delicious unique flavor also. We ordered the All the Way pizza that came with their signature purple cow chicken, scallions, crushed red pepper flake, bacon, everything sauce, and ranch drizzle, a lip smacking combination. Will definitely make the drive to order from here again!

My husband grew up in Utica and we were in town visiting his family, my first visit to this city. I'm born and raised in Boston. I was a little skeptical at first. Boston has a very good reputation for quality pizza in our North End section. I must say this pizza is 5 star award winning pizza in my book! Love the thin crust! I'd like to thank the staff for their proffesionalism on what was a hot and muggy day as well. Your food and people are fantastic and I wish you all the success in the world. Your pizza isn't good for Utica its good anywhere. Many Thanks, Melissa.

In town from MI for a baseball tournament . Stopped to try this highly rated pizza and did not disappoint!! Normally we order light sauce but decided to trust the process. It was the perfect amount and cooked to perfection. Got the NY style cheese. I wish we had pizza like this in MI. The girl working the front counter was also very warm and welcoming.

I am writing this review because this experience I’m abt to speak abt needs to be heard and seen. So I’ve been going to slices for ant 2 years now since I lived close to the restaurant. As I’ve gone my daughters have asked me dad can we order dad can we call to order the food. Naturally o said test because they’re becoming young ladies and need to know these things. First started out a little rocky lol my 7 year old hesitating not speaking up but soon she’s got it. Now my 10 year hold has been ordering for the most part and today I have to say I was emotionally blown away. So my daughter calls places the order the young lady on the other end tells her ok hangs up, my daughter looks at me and says dad I didn’t tell her my name. Now I know it’s more than likely the young lady knew my daughter’s voice and knew what who it was for. I send my daughter to pick up the pizza and she comes back ecstatic why because the young lady knew it was for my daughter Julia and not only do she have. The parmesan cheese and also a side of hot sauce, but she took the time to speak to my daughter. Make sure she got something to drink and treated her as a valued customer.. My daughter came home with tears

I stopped by Slice Pizza today and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken parm slice, and it honestly looked like complete slop. The presentation was messy, and it didn’t seem like much care went into making it. I understand places can have off days, but this was one of the worst slices I’ve had in a while. I was really expecting better based on the location and reputation. Hoping this was just a one-time issue and that they can improve going forward.
